This role will report into the Chief Operating Officer, with a dotted line into the centralised BI Team in Gibraltar.
You will have the opportunity to play an important role in continuing to drive forward the business through exceptional analysis and stakeholder management.Key responsibility areas:Marketing (acquisition and retention)
Develop and implement attribution models to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing channels and campaigns.Provide insights on customer acquisition strategies and campaign performance to optimize marketing spend and ROI.Create and maintain customer segmentation models to enhance targeted marketing efforts and improve customer retention.Analyse customer behaviour and engagement patterns to identify opportunities for personalized marketing.Safer Gambling
Collaborate with relevant teams to analyse data related to gambling behaviours and ensure adherence to safer gambling practices and our Safer Gambling Code of Conduct.Develop reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics.Compliance
Ensure that BI activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.Develop reports and analytics to support compliance audits and track adherence to industry standards and legal requirements.Finance
Work with the Finance team to develop financial models, forecasts, and performance reports.Analyse financial data to provide insights into financial performance.Create and maintain revenue models to support business planning and strategic decision-making.Analyse revenue trends and the wider market conditions to assist with identifying growth opportunities.General BI Responsibilities
