Location
You will be based out of our Perth Office with regular site travel required to various mine sites within WAIO as required by business demand.
The roster is 5 days on, 2 days off, based in Perth (combination of office and WFH).
Alternate rosters can be discussed on a flexible work arrangement.

About the Role Reporting to the Superintendent GTS Dams and Governance, we are seeking a talented individual to join a team responsible for providing technical governance and engineering support to WAIO fixed plant operations.
Supporting our engineers and working with other governance professionals, this role complements our technical engineers and helps to keep our operations safe by:
Completing Management of Change process governance and coaching Supporting our technical risk control owners in completing QA/QC steps Audit coordination with internal audit branches Document Control or Engineering Information Management tasks (e.g.
updating and workflow of documents) Reporting on operating discipline for critical team tasks Contract Management support The team has a strong focus on technical development, utilizing mentoring, informal and formal training to build capability, create a great place to work and development pathways into more senior roles within the business.

About You We're seeking the right mindset and attitude more than specific skills:
A process driven person Detail orientation Great communication skills and ability to coach others Experience in governance, EIM or QA/QC type work is preferred but not essential.
