About the Role: As a Senior Tax & Business Advisory Accountant, you will be providing high-quality tax and business advisory services to clients from a wide range of industries. You'll play a pivotal role in managing relationships, providing strategic guidance, and helping clients achieve their financial goals. You'll have the opportunity to work across several diverse client groups, including private clients, family businesses, medical specialists, property, legal and more. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys a varied and challenging workload, with the added benefit of working in a supportive environment that encourages career development.
Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic tax advice and business advisory services tailored to a diverse client base. Manage the preparation and review of tax returns, compliance documents, and other reports for clients. Help develop business plans, financial forecasts, and tax-saving strategies to optimize client outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering actionable advice and ensuring exceptional service. Stay current on changes in tax law and industry trends to provide clients with timely, informed advice. Key Requirements: CA/CPA qualified with at least 4 years of experience in tax and business advisory. Strong understanding of Australian tax law, business structures, and compliance requirements. Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality service while meeting deadlines. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, actionable way. Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, and similar platforms.
