About The Role
The Benefits Realisation & Assurance Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that WAPHA's initiatives deliver measurable value. You will lead the development of comprehensive frameworks for benefits realisation and project assurance, ensuring alignment with WAPHA's strategic objectives. This role involves working closely with project teams, overseeing audits, and fostering effective stakeholder engagement. By driving continuous improvement and optimising project success, you will be central to enhancing organisational performance.
Key Responsibilities Lead the establishment and implementation of the Benefits Realisation Framework (BRF) and Project Assurance Framework (PAF) tailored to WAPHA's needs.Provide leadership in project governance, standardisation, and the application of best practices across all projects.Collaborate with project teams to track and report on benefits realisation throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct audits to ensure adherence to established standards, methodologies, and assurance gates.Deliver training and workshops to embed benefits realisation practices within the organisation.Continuously improve WAPHA's project assurance approach, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. About You
You are an experienced project leader with a strong background in benefits realisation and project assurance. You are skilled in driving value from projects and have a passion for developing frameworks that improve efficiency and success rates. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage with stakeholders at all levels will ensure that project benefits are identified, tracked, and reported. You have a keen eye for detail and thrive in a collaborative environment where continuous improvement is encouraged.
You Will Need A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, with demonstrated experience in benefits realisation or project assurance management.Certification in project management frameworks such as PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent.Proven leadership experience in developing and implementing strategic project frameworks.Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior management.Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) to present insights effectively.
