To address these, the Australian Federal Government has allocated substantial funding for a comprehensive IT upgrade aimed at enhancing system functionality, responsiveness, and risk management capabilities.
This multi-year transformation program will be delivered by a large, multidisciplinary team and demands specialised ICT and professional service expertise to ensure success.
What we're looking forWe are seeking a skilled Benefits Manager with experience managing benefits programs within complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and milestones. Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Excel, and MS Project, combined with expertise in tracking, managing, and reporting on benefits, is essential. The ideal candidate excels in engaging senior stakeholders, navigating Federal Government processes, and collaborating across streams to drive successful benefits realisation in agile environments.
