Benefits Manager

Long 18+12 month Federal Government contract Our client, an independent agency who regulates NDIS services and supports with nationally consistent systems, protections and education, is seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to join their team.
Key duties include: Overlooking the benefits register and refine the benefits plan into outcomes that align with the program's strategic objectives. Collaborating with stream leads, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure that the benefits plan is fully integrated into program delivery. Tracking and managing benefits realisation using tools such as MS Teams, PowerBI, MS Project, and Excel while contributing to government assurance reporting and ensuring alignment with program governance processes. Navigating government structures and assurance processes to ensure alignment with government expectations. Identifying potential roadblocks and risks to the benefits realisation and work to mitigate them. Criteria: Demonstrated experience managing benefits programs within complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and program milestones. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite, PowerBI, Excel, and MS Project, for managing program data and reporting. Experience in tracking, managing, and reporting on benefits, with an ability to contribute to high-level corporate reports. Experience in a Federal Government background with familiarity navigating government assurance and understanding the differences between private and public sector benefits management. How to apply:
