About the role

Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including ministerial and departmental staff, as well as external consultants.
Identify and record the benefits of the program and project.
Develop the Program and Project Benefits Realisation Plan, ensuring alignment with the program's and department's strategies.
Develop clear and compelling key messages at both the program and project levels to effectively communicate the purpose, benefits, and impacts.
Skills and experience
Experience in documenting benefits, ideally within a government role focused on digital transformation or technology projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey complex ideas.
Proficient in utilizing communication tools and software, such as the Microsoft Office Suite, content management systems, and social media platforms.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects at once.
