The Job HOYTS are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Ben & Jerry's Store Manager to join our team and to help incite passion in our crew members through strong leadership. The Ben & Jerry's Store Manager reports directly to the Area Manager and is responsible for bringing the Ben & Jerry's brand concepts to life. Joining our Ben & Jerry's team, you will drive customer satisfaction and loyalty, whilst managing the overall store operations and merchandising and display execution. You will constantly look for better ways to do things and while no two days are the same, your duties will include:

Leading by example and providing excellent customer service Implementing store marketing with emphasis on driving sales and increasing brand awareness Managing daily operations to ensure profitability and achievement of KPIs Conducting local area marketing (LAM) to engage local demographic Orders, stocktake, and conflict resolution Rostering staff and managing performance About You: We are looking for a born leader with experience in a leadership role who is ready to take the next step in their career. The role can be fast-paced and needs a professional with a can-do attitude who is able to multi-task and work under pressure. Experience in hospitality is a must but we are also looking for:

Excellent communication skills with guests, employees, and stakeholders Availability to work during our peak periods including weekends and public holidays A minimum of 4 years of experience in QSR environment Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and invoicing Highly motivated individual with the ability to work unsupervised Understanding of compliance, food safety, and risk mitigation Benefits & Culture: People love working at HOYTS because it's fun and lively with an unbeatable culture.
