We are currently seeking a experienced and motivated individual to join our belt division. 
Position Description: Supervisor and Level 3 Belt Splicer (8/6 roster)  Boton has an exciting opportunity for multiple supervisors, team leaders and/or level 3 belt splicers to join a tier 1 miner on an 8/6 roster for the foreseeable future at a well-known mine site. This role will be reporting to the coordinator and client representatives. The tasks will include but are not limited to, assisting on shutdowns with planned belt changes, responding to breakdowns, operating belt splicing and installation equipment, fabric and steel cord splicing, hot and cold repairs, equipment and shutdown preparation, general conveyor maintenance and inspections on conveyor belts and associated components.
Knowledge and Experience: 
At least a strong level 3 belt splicer with relevant conveyor experience in all splicing, repairs, belt change outs, equipment operation and shutdown preparation as well as experience with fault finding, inspections and plant maintenance strategies. These roles are very autonomous and therefore the individual must be comfortable making decisions and advising the client based on their knowledge and experience. Team leaders and supervisors must have at least 2 years' experience in those respective roles.
