About the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced Lvl 3 Belt Splicer with Australian working rights to join our supportive and growing team on an 8/6 roster at our Olympic Dam site in South Australia.

: belts, rollers, frames, skirts, cleaners, belt tracking and components, pullies, impact beds and mag-belts.Cold and Hot splicing of fabric belts operating vulcanizing presses and belt handling equipment i.e.
: Break down and 2-piece presses, belt winders, stands and winches.Cold and Hot belt repairs utilising spot vulcanising presses.Covering all mechanical conveyor maintenance i.e.
: rollers, frames, cleaners, pulley and impact bed replacements, skirt assemblies, fixed plant maintenance.Mechanical splicing including Mato lacing and Flexco clips.Shutdown, emergent and breakdown maintenance management.Assist with preventative planned maintenance processes.Fixed Plant Maintenance support as embedded contractor.Uphold excellent communication skills, proven commitment to safety, self-motivation, and strong work ethics.Job requirements: Essential: Australian working rightsWorking at Heights ticketBelt Splicing/Polymer Processing Certificate or relevant on the job experienceAbility to pass a full pre-employment medical and Lab DASFull drivers licenceDesirable: HR LicenceHigh risk licence i.e.
