WHAT'S ON OFFER: A nationally recognised Belt Splicing qualification (Certificate III in Polymer Processing), fully paid for by Fenner Conveyors; Bonus - There is also a $7500 bonus you will be paid once you have you Certificate III in Polymer Processing.

We encourage internal career progression and development – have your experienced recognised; THE ROLE: Working on key projects across the WA region, your main responsibilities will include developing skills in conveyor belt maintenance, repairs, installations, general maintenance, and replacement of conveyor components.
Mandatory Trainee Requirements: Must have a strong safety focus; Must be a minimum of 18 years old; Must hold a current Australian drivers licence; Must not be banned from any WA mine sites Be willing to complete an aptitude testing as part of the Trainee recruitment process to demonstrate mechanical aptitude, sound communication and numerical skills; Have the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces; Have the ability to work with project/site operational requirements (which may see you working after hours, weekends and/or public holidays); Have the ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening Hold Full Australian Work rights Optional Trainee Requirements: High risk work licenses in Forklift, Elevated Work Platform, Dogging or Rigging HR Drivers License Experience in construction, manufacturing, or mining Trade qualification What's in it for you?
