Within this role you will play a pivotal role in growing and embedding behavioural science capability across our organisation. You will contribute to strategic and Shared Value initiatives across insurance, health, and well-being, deliver research projects and provide expert advice to other AIA teams on the application of behavioural science.ResponsibilitiesConduct desk-based literature reviews of health and wellbeing initiatives and interventions.Design and drive behavioural science experiments in the areas of financial decision making and health behaviour change.Provide behavioural science consultancy to teams across the organisation.Support with developing, implementing, evaluating, and reviewing behavioural science trials in collaboration with internal and external partners.Produce written publications including reports, presentations and online articles.Apply insights from psychology and behavioural science to identify behavioural barriers and enablers and propose appropriate interventions or solutions.Manage partnerships with academics, consultants and thought leaders to conduct behavioural science research.Critically measure behavioural change outcomes to understand the success of your initiatives.RequirementsExperience working in a commercial setting on health and wellbeing programs.A Bachelor of Science honours degree in psychology or a closely related field.A Master of Science qualification in field of behavioural science or relevant field including but not limited to economics, health, or social psychology.Experience undertaking literature reviews and critically evaluating the scientific evidence.The ability to independently scope and manage projects that are strategically aligned.Experience with digital health programs including enrolment, engagement, and implementation.Strong consulting skills including the ability to evaluate and communicate business impact.Experience designing and conducting research studies.How to ApplyIf you want to be part of an organisation that helps people live better every single day, apply via the link prior to COB Thursday, 5 September 2024.
