Job DescriptionAbout the Role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Beauty Therapist Mentor to join our team and help spread the joy of natural beauty to our customers in a Part Time capacity at our SA locations. Our Beauty Therapist Mentor is responsible to professionally execute and conduct Jurlique signature treatments in order to maximise the customer's Jurlique experience. The Beauty Therapist will actively build the Beauty Therapy business and increase client development, in addition to delivering over budget performance consistently in treatments and prescription sales. You would be a natural coach wanting to see your fellow Beauty Therapists thrive and deliver exceptional service for our clients.
To be successful in this role you will: Minimum of Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy.Have the ability to impress our customers with a unique "Jurlique" experience.Confidently communicate to the customer the right ritual for their unique skincare needs.Plan client's arrival and prepare relative client card or create prior to appointments. Greet waiting clients, acknowledge type of treatment, and inform client when the room is free.Discuss reason for particular treatment the client will have to identify needs and ensure client is fit for treatment.Conduct treatment and provide a pampering and nurturing experience explaining benefits of each Jurlique product applied.Maintain highest level of treatment knowledge, techniques and practices. Complete training for product knowledge.Strong sales experience in a retail environment is advantageous.Have a valid drivers licence and be flexible to regular travel around the state.At Jurlique we believe that our people are our biggest asset.
