Beauty Product Manager

The BOOIE Beauty Product Manager oversees the lifecycle of our cosmetic and skincare products, leading the development, production and execution of product NPD from analysis and research - ensuring a successful launch.We are seeking a dedicated professional with a solid background in beauty product management.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, thrive in collaborative environments, and have a deep passion for the beauty industry.
A comprehensive understanding of cosmetic formulation and chemistry is essential for success in this role.Responsibilities:

Helping with the communication with our product partners on product formulations and design requirements.Managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch to post-launch analysis.Ensuring that the product meets quality, cost, and timeline goals.Project conception, management, and coordination.Product line oversight, direction and approvals.Conducting regulatory compliance.Liaising on upcoming launches on what is trending and products for Celeste's consideration.Reviewing shades and swatches that are inline with our customer requirements.Establishing and managing budgets.Collaborating with other departments.Defining product strategy and vision.A minimum of 2 years of Product Management experience with a strength in manufacturer relationships is required.About BOOIE BEAUTYWe're all for celebrating age-defying skincare and beauty regimes that involve lengthy tutorials and twenty-six products.
