About The Role We have an opportunity for a customer focused and self motivated Beauty Consultant to join our team at Glenelg, to provide support to our Counter Managers, working across a number of brands including; Estee Lauder, Clinique, Clarins, Elizabeth Arden, Jurlique, Lancome, L'Occitane and a variety of fragrance brands.
You will be a sales focused individual with a commitment to ensuring every interaction is a positive one, as you help to build a solid client base through customer satisfaction whilst demonstrating your passion for all things beauty!
In This Role, You Will; Provide friendly and professional customer service and advice on a range of health and beauty productsAssist our customers with makeup colour matchingExplain how products work & demonstrate their application techniques, helping our customers to look and feel fabulous!Apply makeupSuggest complimentary products that meet customers needsContribute to meeting and exceeding sales targetsAssist with coordinating product launches, special events and/or promotionsDemonstrate a willingness to learn, whilst keeping up to date with the latest skincare and beauty trendsHave a commitment to building and maintaining a valued client base Assist with managing inventory and ensure displays are merchandised appropriatelyYour Experience, Skills & Attributes; Previous experience working as a Beauty Consultant advantageousApplication of makeup and skincare productsOutstanding customer service skillsInventory managementSales and up selling experienceIndustry and brand knowledge, with a willingness to learnExcellent communication & interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexible hours across 7-days of tradeQualified (or working towards) Makeup Artists and Beauty Therapists encouraged to applyWhat's in it for you; This is a unique opportunity to build your beauty career in an organisation that will support your ongoing professional development by offering career progression and comprehensive on-going training.
