In this role, you'll partner with Executives and Divisional teams across the organisation to drive innovation, foster a thriving workplace culture, and unlock the full potential of our talented workforce. Key responsibilities will include:
Partner with the business to enhance people capability and implement HR strategy. Work on diverse projects across HR areas including industrial agreement negotiations and change management. Provide consultancy, advice, and support on all people practices. Build strong relationships and deliver integrated customer experiences. Support annual processes including talent management and succession planning and remuneration review. Influence and consult on emerging HR trends. About You
Strong interpersonal skills and business partnering experience. Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. Ability to constructively challenge and develop better ways of working. About Us
