The Role: Prospecting & generating new business Conducting rental appraisals Dealing with enquiries Follow up calls to the ownersproperties for lease including uploading listings to the internet Continually working out effective ways to implement and grow the company Identifying issues/complications and have a resolution Skills & Experience: Real Estate Certificate of Registration Must have experience in Residential Real Estate - ideally BDM however open to looking at Strong Property Managers that are seeking a new challenge or Sales Agents wanting their weekends back!
