About us We are looking for a BDM (New Businesss Development Manager) to join our new Ipswich Team. We already have a BDM Junior who will be your full time assistant and as a team you will need to achieve a combined minimum number of new client signups per month. This role starts at $90k + Super + an assistant and as your numbers grow, so will your pay. 
Full training to get you to a Senior level will be provided as required. With a BDM based Principal who built the company from scratch to now being one of the largest independant agencies in the country, you will join a team that already have successful BDM's and actually understand what is involved in being a good BDM and how to be even better !
We are looking for someone with at least 2x year's experience in a BDM role where you can already fully perform the standard duties to a high level of efficiency. You must have good time management & communication skills.
