Position
Due to rapid company growth and market demands, this exciting opportunity has been established within one of their busiest periods yet. The position of BDM has opened and entails a major focus in managing the team across Brisbane.
Responsibilities Account management and bringing onboard new business Liaising with the sales team, estimators, and project management team Estimating, quotes and planning Increasing company market share Arranging and organising the labour and required site materials Benefits Generous salary package of $90K - $110K base + super + car + bonuses Full upper management support and guidance Ability to provide an entire end to end solution for your clients Great company culture Career development opportunities Candidate
To be considered for this role, you must have Height Safety and sales experience within the construction industry, particularly dealing with the hire or sales of equipment.
Selling products or services to builders. Ensure that height safety installations are executed within the agreed timelines and budgets. Offer technical guidance to aid in the finalization of quotes and tenders. Conduct reviews and audits of existing installations to confirm adherence to safety standards. Project management and estimating experience. Has organised labour and hire. Based in Brisbane.
