We have available a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and energetic Business Development & Marketing Executive to join the national Marketing & BD team on a 10-month contract. Based in our Brisbane office, the role is currently full-time. However, we are flexible regarding hours and days for the right candidate.
Reporting to our National BD and Marketing Manager in Melbourne, you will partner directly with our lawyers and business leaders to support the delivery of our relationship and industry focused business development and marketing strategy.
Day to day you can expect to have responsibility for the following activities:
Relationship Marketing: You will partner with Principals in a range of Practice Groups as well as work alongside your Industry Groups to implement a comprehensive relationship marketing strategy, including the integration of marketing tools to maximise relationship development and retention.Industry Focus: Contribute to an industry BD and Marketing engagement strategy and develop opportunities by equipping our lawyers with insights, analysis, collateral and market profiles to maximise industry profile and engagement in respect of those industry sectors.BD and Marketing Analysis and Interpretation: Produce strategic analysis including event effectiveness, relationship mapping and client needs analysis.Capability Statements: Manage and shape capability statements and proposals.Event Support: support the role out of a range of events for the Brisbane office.Contribute to the Marketing team through discussion, ideas and participation.ABOUT YOU You are a commercially minded marketing and BD professional with a positive attitude and exceptional communication skills.
You may have experience in a similar role or be looking for an opportunity to take the next step in your career.
You're a natural influencer with a proactive disposition who sees the bigger picture. Ideally, you have already cut your teeth in the professional services environment. CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics) is advantageous but not essential.
The successful applicant will be required to undertake and satisfy a National Police Records Check.
