Employment Status: Fixed term until 31 May 2025
Days & Hours of Work: Monday to Friday totalling 38 hours per week
Competitive Salary: Band 4 - $72,792 pro rata + 11.5% superannuation
Location: Corporate Centre in Sandringham, with the flexibility to work from home

About the Role:
The Administration Officer role provides a high standard of administrative support to the Procurement team and ensures the smooth delivery of department services and processes.
The Administration Officer will have a strong customer focus and improvement mindset and will contribute to a high performing team culture.
You will be responsible for:
Providing excellent customer service outcomes within the department, assisting staff to manage timely responses to internal and external stakeholders.
Providing administrative support to the department assisting with procurement, working within internal systems, and supporting the team to prepare outputs.
Assisting the team by collecting data on customer experience and identifying areas for improvement.
Key Selection Criteria:
To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and competencies:
Demonstrated ability to provide quality administration support and a very high standard of customer service.
Demonstrated ability to support the processing of various types of internal customer service requests while adhering to set procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
High ability for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Mandatory pre-employment requirements:
Be willing to undergo and complete a satisfactory criminal history check.
Provide or obtain an employment-based Working with Children check.
