To be successful you must:
Greet and assist customers warmly and professionally. Listen attentively to customers' needs and recommend products that meet their preferences. Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, and availability. Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays. Uphold our high standards for customer service and sales performance. Enjoy working in a team environment.
What we require:
Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Genuine interest in learning about our products and helping customers find solutions. Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades. Mandarin speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
