About the role We are currently seeking a motivated experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Bartons Bayside.

A little about You Do you have: Previous experience as a Service Advisor A customer focused attitude with an ability to establish and develop long-term customer relationships Previous experience in a Dealership or automotive environment Excellent customer service skills including in person, in writing and over the telephone Communication and negotiation skills An ability to work independently as well as within a team environment A positive 'can do' attitude An ability to solve problems, prioritise work tasks, meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure A willingness to learn and develop A little about the Role Responsibilities include: Meeting and greeting clients promptly and courteously as they drop off their vehicles to be serviced Checking clients out when their service is complete, processing their payment & showing them back to their vehicle Helping clients with any service or warranty issues Ensuring Technicians are briefed appropriately on any issues a client raises in relation to their vehicle Following up with clients throughout the day on the progress of their vehicle and any further work or parts required.
