About the Role:
Join the Customer Access Team at Mile End as a full-time Customer Service Officer.
We are looking for multiple team members to provide top-tier customer service over the phone, serving as the initial point of contact for both internal and external customers.

What you'll do:
Provide seamless and solution-focused customer service over the phone.
Connect customers to appropriate services, with a 'one call' resolution focus.
Undertake administration tasks.
Contribute to the customer experience by providing and linking customers to expert services that support maintaining a good life.
About you!

Outstanding customer service skills, with proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
IT savvy - with intermediate computer literacy, with the ability to use various software and databases.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates with experience in a similar role are highly desirable.
You will need:
A Police Check for unsupervised contact/vulnerable groups less than 12 months old upon commencement.
