Describes all bar items; methods of preparation and prices as needed. Must have extensive knowledge of all bar/menu itemsProper shaking, mixing, and stirring techniques using required Shakers Bar Spoon, Beakers, Jiggers, Hawthorne/Juniper StrainersKeep the bar clean and well-organized, as well as ensure it is always fully stocked..Works with guests to accommodate special requests and special dietary needsUtilize suggestive selling on established menu items or specials to maximize food and beverage revenuesServes menu items to guests in a prompt and courteous mannerPerforms pre and post-shift side work; set-up, breakdown, condiments, etcResponds to guest inquiries and special requests promptly to ensure guest satisfaction; notifies supervisor of guests' complaints and unusual situationsObserves guests to fulfill any additional requests and completes assigned side work as directedFamiliarizes self with all items on daily basis.
