The Bluewater in Trinity Park is looking for a dedicated Casual Bartender.
Our family-owned venue easily caters for casual get-togethers, special occasions, local residents, marina visitors, weddings, and corporate functions. Guests can relax and enjoy drinks and tapas on the deck while soaking in the stunning water views or dine in air-conditioned comfort. With exquisite food and an extensive range of beverages to suit all tastes, Bluewater Bar and Grill is a destination for anyone looking for a stylish yet relaxing atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:Operate a POS system and process orders.Carry out daily operations of the venue.Lead by example, executing high levels of warm, uncompromising, and bespoke customer service.Ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace.Successful applicants will have:Experience as a Bartender within a fast-paced, high-volume venue.Exceptional interpersonal skills.High level of emotional intelligence to deal with a diverse range of guests.Proactive, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills highly regarded.A positive and cheerful personality.Sound basic product knowledge.Job Type: Casual
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
