Job Description Our sophisticated Cuvee Lounge Bar, located in the heart of Brisbane City, is seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team on a Full Time basis.
Create memorable mixology whilst indulging your curiosity and passion for different flavours and ingredients.
Extending your knowledge of cocktails, spirits and beers, you can delight guests with new taste experiences.
Take the pride in serving the drinks they know, just the way they love them and with every perfect serve, the more you can enjoy each day.
Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails, wines, and spirits Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about our menu offerings Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Accurately process customer orders and handle cash and credit card transactions using our POS system Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure timely and efficient food service Monitor and maintain bar inventory, placing orders for supplies as needed Assist in creating new cocktail recipes and seasonal drink specials Ensure adherence to responsible alcohol service practices and local regulations.
Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in an upscale lounge or cocktail bar setting Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification Completion of a Barista course and Wine and Spirit (WSET) training is preferable Expert knowledge of mixology techniques and current cocktail trends Knowledge of food and beverage pairing is a plus Passion for excellent customer service, with the ability to communicate fluently in English Strong multitasking abilities and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
