Barkley Region - Lake Nash - Remote Area Nurse Primary and Public Health Care Exciting opportunity for a N4 Remote Area Nurse in Lake Nash (Alpurrurulam) Community Health Centre, Northern Territory.
Requirement for 6 weeks, ongoing from 1st January 2025.
About the Role Alpurrurulam Community Health Centre is seeking an experienced Remote Area Nurse (N4) to join its dedicated team, delivering essential healthcare to the vibrant Alpurrurulam community.
This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a remote setting with a supportive team and visiting specialists.
What the Role Offers Clinic Facilities – Three consulting rooms, an emergency room, a dental room, and a hearing health room.
On-Call Services – 24-hour emergency on-call coverage.
Support Team – Monthly visiting GP services, complemented by specialists in dietetics, midwifery, podiatry, mental health, dental, and hearing health.
Emergency Care – Supported by the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS).
Ambulance Service – A Toyota Troop Carrier and Landcruiser equipped for patient transport.
