The Role: As the Barista, you will be working within our Food and Beverage team to support the smooth and efficient running of the day-to-day operations by making Melbourne's best tasting coffees and creating connections with guests.
Some of the responsibilities include: Hot and cold beverage production, with coffee being the main focusProviding personalised and outstanding service to all guestsKeeping equipment clean and operatingHandling all guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient mannerSetting, clearing, and resetting designated working areasQualificationsAbout you: Experience in a fast-paced environment and working as a Barista with 2 years' experience is advantageousUnderstanding of Melbourne coffee culture and proficiency in Latte artA current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificateStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage your timeThe flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidaysCulture Statement: We Are Team Centric!
