As our Barista, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our small cafe's daily operations, including preparing and serving coffee beverages, staff satisfaction, inventory control and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our workplace.
This is a Part-Time role with the potential to develop into a Full-Time position in the future.

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages Interact with staff and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Process orders including accurate point of sale and cash handling Ensure that the cafe area is clean, organised, and stocked with necessary supplies at all times including food and snacks Prepare basic food items such as sandwiches, and lunch/morning tea items Opening and closing procedures required Regularly monitor equipment performance and organise servicing of the coffee machine as well as reporting any repair needs to facilities Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures Other reasonable duties as requested by Management Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
