Barista - Full-Time And Casual

Superfreak Coffee Pty Ltd - Soulmate Newtown, Splash Petersham, The Tuckshop Glenhaven Multiple positions available for customer-facing baristas passionate about service and community. Using specialty coffee by Single O and Artificer.
Passionate and experienced in customer service and table service. Able to pump out high volume independently and efficiently. 2 years experience; capable of latte art and dialling-in methods. Superfreak is after capable and experienced baristas who have a passion for quality service and customer experience. As the barista/drinks area is at the forefront of the new store, applicants are expected to be able to greet and direct customers proifessionally while keeping up with the production of the shop's drinks menu. Applicants must be knowlegdable and experienced in all barista duties including opening and closing the coffee area, customer service, dialling-in and adjusting coffee recipes. Baristas will also be expected to assist and undertake front of house duties due to the small team. 
- 2 years experience required - please provide references.
- Weekend availability required.
- Multiple positions available from head barista to casual positions.
- Pay rate calculated in relation to the restaurant industry award (level 2 minimum, penalty rates, etc)
- Working cooperatively with owners Michael Ico and Daniel Harrison - co-owners of cafes Soulmate Newtown, Splash Petersham, and The Tuckshop Glenhaven.
- Menu available upon request. Opening 8th July.
