About the Role
As a Group & Corporate Travel Consultants you will manage the group reservations and travel reservations for one of CTM Clients.
With groups sizes of 10-150+ ranging from accommodation, day delegate conferencing and domestic/international group flights.
About You:
• Previous Group travel experience is required.
• Experience coordinating both small and large travel groups
• Exceptional client service and task management skills
• Work in a fast-paced environment and to client deadlines
• Proficient using travel technology (Sabre) and booking systems
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and the ability to adapt to different clients groups.
• Strong organisation and time management skills
