Key Responsibilities: Prepare high quality coffeeProvide excellent customer service and engage with guestsAssist with food preparation, including cakes and sandwichesMaintain cleanliness and organisation of the café and equipmentHandle cash transactions accurately and efficientlySupport team members during busy periods and special eventsWhat We're Looking For: Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential!Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.Energetic and enthusiastic individuals, with a positive attitude.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.A passion for coffee and a desire to share that knowledge with customers.Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.What We Offer: A vibrant and supportive work environment.Opportunities for growth and development within the cafe.Employee discounts on delicious food and beverages.The chance to be part of a new and exciting venture!Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $22.21 – $37.09 per hour
