You are:
A Coffee Lover – you are passionate about making the perfect cup of coffee every time;
A People Person – you know the name and coffee order of each of your regulars and find it easy to genuinely connect with both your customers and your team.

Duties include: Making of all beverages (including coffee, tea, frappes and other beverages) as per The Coffee Club Manuals Detailed product knowledge of all menu items as per The Coffee Club Manuals Taking customer orders and receipt of monies Detailed knowledge of the POS system Adding value and generating sales through upselling and second selling Meet company Food & Beverage hygiene under general supervision Undertaking general waiting duties of both food and/or beverage, including delivering meals Replenishing & rotating of stock under general supervision, polishing and wrapping cutlery Ensuring all customer areas are always kept clean and orderly including general store cleaning and maintaining equipment (i.e. coffee machine, grinder) Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrated commitment and passion to their role and the products that they create. Adhering to all of The Coffee Club standards, procedures and policies focussing on the maintenance and delivery of TCC's espresso recipe for consistent quality in every cup Deliver on speed of service expectations, whilst maintaining quality Understands and can follow business process and procedures Can follow directions, but also is able to manage their own workstation to best serve our customers Ability to communicate effectively with fellow staff, management and customers Ability to maintain store presentation, hygiene and product quality through following daily and weekly procedures and schedules (i.e. cleaning schedules) After you hit Apply: You will need to upload a copy of your CV & Cover Letter
