As a Barista/Waitstaff, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. What you'll be doing Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea and other beveragesTaking food and drink orders from customers in a friendly and efficient mannerDelivering orders to tables in a timely fashionClearing and cleaning tables, ensuring a tidy and organised dining areaAssisting with general restaurant duties as required, such as restocking and light food preparationMaintaining a thorough knowledge of the menu and specials to provide excellent customer serviceWhat we're looking for Previous experience as a Barista or Waitstaff in a hospitality environmentStrong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a teamFamiliarity with operating coffee machines and preparing a range of beveragesKnowledge of food and beverage offerings and the ability to make recommendationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFlexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidaysA passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional serviceWhat we offer
