You will be committed to open communication with an even keel, setting the pace for a positive environment, teamwork, and continuous improvement.You will drive quality and innovation in all aspects of our high-volume, dynamic Bar.This role requires a well-rounded skillset in bar operations, drink recipes, service, KPIs, rostering, and planning. You will provide leadership, training, and development through consistent mentoring and positive reinforcement.Maintaining standards of quality and consistency, and exceeding customer expectations are key to our mission, and we stand behind this unreservedly. Salary commensurate with experience and ability.The successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes:Superior knowledge and genuine interest in spirits, beer, wine, and cocktails.Experience ordering stock and supplier relations.Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.Strong understanding of POS system operations.Familiarity with the WA Liquor Act and LEU standards for RSA.A genuine passion for hospitality, great food, drinks, and customer experience.Strong interpersonal communication skills.Desire to work in a positive environment based on trust, respect, and teamwork.A commitment to quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.Experience working in a Management Leadership Role.Current Liquor Licensing Approved Manager Certificate.A basic understanding of HIGA and Fair Work.Experience with Workforce Management Apps, e.g., TANDA, Deputy, etc.The desire to learn, grow, and develop as a leader.
