The Role:
As a Bar Supervisor at Mr. Kims, you'll be the key player on our busiest nights—Friday and Saturday. Leading our talented bar team, you'll ensure our guests have an exceptional experience, the drinks are served with flair, and everything behind the bar runs smoothly. Deliver excellent customer service and manage guest requests seamlessly. Oversee stock levels, assist with inventory control, and handle cash operations. Ensure RSA compliance and maintain top safety and cleanliness standards. Train and support bar staff, ensuring smooth, efficient service at all times. Keep the vibe alive—create an atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back! Who We're Looking For: 1-2 years of experience in bar or nightclub supervision. Outgoing, energetic personality with strong leadership skills. Solid knowledge of cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits. Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work late nights on Fridays and Saturdays. RSA certification required. A genuine passion for nightlife, music, and delivering exceptional service.
