In a Day As a Bar & Gaming Attendant, You Can Expect To Be Completing The Following
Providing excellent guest service across our venueTaking customer food and beverage ordersGaming enquiries, guest service and payoutsCleaning duties to keep our venues neat and tidy for guestsOpening and closing venues in a safe mannerWhat You Will Bring To The Team
Along with excellent customer service and the ability to take initiative you will have:
Demonstrated cash handling experienceKnowledge of gaming machine regulations, compliance, operations, and proceduresAn understanding of food & beverage products and servicesA professional & mature "can do" attitude with the ability to work autonomouslyCurrent Responsible Service of Gaming Certificate (RSG) and Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA) requiredKeno Writer & Gaming Machine Attendant or Senior Keno Writer, Gaming Machine Supervisor Certificates and TAB experience would be an advantagePlease note to be successful in this role you need to be able to work a variety of night and weekend shifts, which may include public holidays.
A successful candidate in this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.
