Bar, Gaming And Tab Attendant

The Area  The White Lion Hotel, which was established in 1862, is one of Maryborough's oldest hotels. Recently renovated, this hotel is now a popular spot for locals and visitors who enjoy the great food, drinks, pokies/keno & TAB facilities.
The position  Open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, this busy restaurant is used to turning over 100+ meals a night plus room service for a 25 room motel adjacent to the Hotel. We are seeking an experienced Food, Beverage and Gaming attendant. This role is for 25 hours plus per week and is available as permanent part time for the right candidate
Duties will mostly involve those associated with bar and TAB, however, we cross-skill our staff so they can work across multiple departments. Shifts can include opens and closes. The successful applicant will demonstrate:
• Experience in front of house operations and cash-handling duties
• Ability to deliver a consistently high level of customer service
• Enthusiasm and motivation
• Commitment to safety
• Gaming/wagering compliance
Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, availability for a range of shifts (day, night, and weekends) is crucial. Current RSA and RSG are required.
