Key Responsibilities: In this position, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and integrating emerging automotive technologies, with a particular focus on internal combustion engine (ICE), hybrid, and electric vehicles.
You will ensure that our teams are technically equipped and properly trained in advanced systems, diagnostics, and repairs, while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Your role will include but will not be limited to: Leading research and development efforts to stay at the forefront of new automotive technologies.
Creating and delivering training plans for internal teams to ensure proficiency in modern automotive systems.
Developing video learning content to support ongoing training and skill development.
Supporting the design of technical documentation and mapping processes to improve efficiency and knowledge sharing.
Providing leadership and guidance to and team of six specialists who ensure excellence across the organisation.
About you To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: At least 5 years of relevant experience in the automotive, transport or similar sector.
Proven experience in Learning and Development, with a strong ability to create comprehensive training plans.
Expertise in developing video learning content to engage and educate technical teams.
Demonstrated ability in research and development with a focus on new technologies and innovations.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
Experience in creating technical documentation and mapping processes.
Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor teams effectively.
