Bar Attendants

Cable Beach House is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Bar Attendants. The successful candidates must possess: Experience in food and beverage service Strong communication skills Thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Current RSA Strong customer focus and a passion for customer service (can-do attitude) Well presented, enthusiastic team player Key responsibilities & requirements: Serve food and beverages, wait tables, seat guests and attend to customer enquiries in the dining and bar areas; Utilise accurate and consistent beverage pouring techniques in line with Responsible Service of Alcohol regulations; Process food and beverage orders through POS systems and process EFTPOS and cash transactions; Have a thorough knowledge of products and services and provide advice on food and beverages according to guest expectations and enterprise standards; Actively promote products and services and utilise effective up-selling techniques; Develop a knowledge of beverages including wine varieties, beer styles and cocktails as well as their potential meal pairings with menu items; Operate a coffee machine and serve a variety of coffee styles; Conduct opening and closing procedures of the venue including cleaning and tidying duties; Uphold Responsible Service of Alcohol responsibilities and refer to manager on duty for all RSA related issues; Uphold relevant liquor restrictions and ensure compliance with liquor regulations at all times; Ensure the bar and restaurant is stocked and advise manager of low stock levels; We can offer: Competitive salary package Employee discount and long weekend stay options at our sister properties in Kununurra and Halls Creek, an opportunity to experience the Kimberley region.
