Our client is growing fast and they are seeking to hire a number of front and back end Banking and Finance Lawyers to join them on their journey of expansion. This Sydney based opportunity will see you working for a specialist practice providing practical legal advice and undertaking the recoveries on a wide range of finance transactions including general corporate banking, leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate finance and structured finance, representing banks, financial institutions and corporate borrowers. The opportunities available to join this practice will see you involved in either: Litigation Disputes involving personal property securities transactions Disputes involving accounting for profit between mortgagees and mortgagor; and Drafting originating processes and supporting affidavit for secured mortgage recovery and related proceedings and all other end-to-end litigation Advisory Advising on corporate lending transactions (acting for both lenders & borrowers); Leveraged acquisition finance transactions and project finance transactions; and Engaging in the drafting, negotiating and reviewing: loan facility agreements, security documentation inter-creditor agreements ancillary documents corporate authority documents.
