The RoleWe are seeking a 2-4 PQE Associate to join our growing Banking and Finance team in Sydney.
The right candidate will have experience in Banking and Finance and display an eagerness to continue to enhance their skills under close mentorship by a Partner with over 25 years of experience practicing in this space.This is a truly varied role and as part of a dynamic team, you will have a broad range of opportunities and experiences from day one.
The team advises on all types and aspects of financing transactions with a particular focus on property finance and investment, energy project finance, acquisition and leveraged finance, structured finance and general corporate lending.
The team also advises on structured investments, hedging and other derivative transactions, financial restructuring and financial regulation.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with large corporates, banks and financial institutions, private lenders, project sponsors and equity investors, investment and real estate funds, private equity firms and family offices.
The practice is industry agnostic and you will provide client-centric service to clients across a range of different industries including banking, financial services, real estate and hospitality, energy, mining, construction, automotive, recruitment services, food, agribusiness, education, IT and telecommunications and entertainment.The TeamThis role will see you supervised and mentored by one of the best in the industry but you will equally be afforded a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
