Your New Role
Will see you working with two Partners, with the opportunity to work on a range of interesting work including:
Linked bilateral, club and syndicated financings Senior/mezzanine finance and related intercreditor arrangements Debt advisory and tenders (including pre-mandate documentation, terms sheets and commitment letters) IPO financings Construction and development finance Acquisition finance Strategic debt investments, debt restructurings and recapitalisations Benefits
Promotion based on merit and not PAE; study leave and all those benefits belonging to a National mid-tier.
