The role | We are currently searching for a 2-5 year PAE lawyer to join the Banking & Finance team in our Sydney office.
In this role the successful candidate will work on high profile national matters in a dynamic team environment.
You will have direct contact with clients including major banks and other large financial institutions and private lenders who are active in the Australian business and corporate lending markets.
The legal work is diverse and challenging with a range of matters involving documenting, negotiating and settling transactions in the areas of property and construction finance, asset finance and general corporate funding.
You will have exposure to diverse industry sectors including property and construction, hospitality, professional services, manufacturing, aged care and health.
Requirements | To be successful in this role, you will need to possess: 2-5 years PAE in a reputable front end Banking & Finance focused practice Experience in documenting, negotiating and settling finance transactions involving banks and other financial institutions Strong commitment to client services and advanced communication and research skills Ideally, you are able to work both autonomously and in a team environment (in particular one on one with partners).
