As a Banking Consultant, you'll be part of an innovative hybrid work culture that emphasizes a 50-50 balance between in-office presence and remote work. Once training is complete and you settle into the role, you'll enjoy a rhythm of in-office and remote work that brings out the best in you.

As a Banking Consultant, you will wield the power to unravel complexity and make financial matters delightfully simple for our cherished customers. Your canvas will be the inbound contact centre, where you'll not only meet customer needs but exceed their expectations with every interaction.

Role Location: Heritage Lanes office in Brisbane CBD
Note: This role has multiple Permanent vacancies. An exciting opportunity offering Full-time or Part-time and is based in Brisbane QLD.
Available Shifts:Fulltime 37.5 hours Monday to Friday on a 0700-1000 start windowFulltime 37.5 hours Tuesday to Saturday on a 0700-1000 start windowWhat will your day look like?As a Banking Consultant, you will:
Deliver excellent customer service by providing efficient solutions and responses to customer enquiriesHandle everyday banking enquiries, account openings, and processes via telephone and online channelsListen actively, build trust, and ask relevant questions to exceed customer expectations and improve outcomesContribute to maintaining a balanced team culture that prioritises people, customers, risk, and performanceWhat will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with demonstrated experience in customer service rolesProficiency in using computer systems and ability to navigate multiple systemsStrong verbal communication skills to listen, build rapport, and convey complex information effectivelyHigh level of resilience, empathy, and adaptability to handle various customer situationsWhile previous call centre experience is desired, it is not necessary. Suncorp Bank is willing to provide training for candidates with a passion for providing outstanding customer serviceCommitment to self-development and eagerness to enhance skills and capabilities in the roleAbility to work collaboratively as a supportive team memberYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
