Are you a fantastic disability support worker?Regular shifts, flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, sleepovers$43.67 p/h weekdays after induction, plus salary packaging (pay less tax)About us We're InLife, a not-for-profit disability support provider that specializes in working with people with frequent and complex support needs, including 24/7 assistance.
We build teams around every client, depending on each person's needs and preferences.
We partner with people with any type of disability who want to live independently in the community.
Our clients may have physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions, intellectual disabilities, or autism.
We're honored that many of our clients rely solely on InLife for their essential support needs.
Our teams are based in Melbourne, Geelong, and regional Victoria, including Benalla, Wangaratta, Stawell, and Bendigo.
Responsibilities: Good judgement and common sense, listening skills, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to our valuesExperience supporting people with behaviours of concern (BOC)Experience in personal care (showering and dressing) and assistance with domestic dutiesGreat patience and willingness to build rapport with clientsEnthusiasm and passion for supporting people with disabilitiesCommitment to working with a care team approach, including guidance from professionalsFull driver's license and willingness to drive clients' vehiclesNote: When you apply, you will receive an email asking for further details - please look out for it!
As part of our recruitment process, certain checks will be undertaken with your permission, including an NDIS Worker Screening Check that you must have before you can start work.
