Our clients may have physical disability, acquired brain injury, neurological conditions, intellectual disability or autism.

Our teams are based in Melbourne, Geelong and regional Victoria, including Benalla, Wangaratta, Stawell and Bendigo.
To do a great job, you'll need: Good judgement and common sense, listening skills, a willingness to learn and a commitment to our values Experience in mental health and behaviours of concern Experience in supporting clients dealing with substance use and addiction Have great patience and be willing to put in the time and energy to build rapport with client Enthusiasm and passion for supporting people with disabilities to live great lives Commitment to working with a care team approach, including guidance from professionals.
For example, supporting our clients to complete a regular physiotherapy program Full drivers licence and be willing and comfortable with driving clients vehicle Willingness to work varied shifts; sleepovers, day support including community access, in-home evening support with home duties required.
We also need you to commit to ongoing shifts (more than twice weekly) **Please note - when you apply you will receive an email asking you for some further details - please look out for it! As part of our recruitment process, certain checks will be undertaken with your permission, including an NDIS Worker Screening Check that you must have before you can start work.
