Are you a fantastic disability support worker?Regular shifts, flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, sleepovers$43.67 p/h weekdays after induction, plus salary packaging (pay less tax) About us We're InLife, a not-for-profit disability support provider that specializes in working with people with frequent and complex support needs, including 24/7 assistance.
We build teams around every client, depending on each person's needs and preferences. We partner with people with any type of disability who want to live independently in the community.
Our clients may have physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions, intellectual disabilities, or autism. We're honored that many of our clients rely solely on InLife for their essential support needs.
To do a great job, you'll need: Good judgement and common sense, listening skills, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to our valuesExperience in mental health and behaviors of concernExperience in supporting clients dealing with substance use and addictionGreat patience and the willingness to build rapport with clientsEnthusiasm and passion for supporting people with disabilities to live great livesCommitment to working with a care team approach, including guidance from professionalsFull driver's license and comfort with driving clients' vehiclesWillingness to work varied shifts, including sleepovers and in-home evening support Please note: When you apply, you will receive an email asking you for some further details.
