We are seeking an experienced Retail/CPAP Therapy Consultant to enhance customer care and manage sleep apnea treatments at our Mackay clinic.
This role is ideal for a proactive professional dedicated to delivering exceptional service in obstructive sleep apnea management.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Serve as the initial point of contact for both new and existing clients Engage clients through various channels, including in-person, phone and email communications Offer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup and ongoing service requirements Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers Promote and upsell our product range and services Maintain and sterilise clinic equipment Maintain inventory and process clinic orders Are you a MATCH?
